	Download and run the latest version of Skype. Make sure you go into Options during the first installer screen and select Upgrade/Install the Skype add-on for Internet Explorer or Firefox. We recommend that you close your browser during installation. If you do not, the Skype add-ons will be installed during your next computer re-boot.
	I upgraded and now my PNR is missing. What happened?
	We do all we can to make sure PNR doesn't stop working for any reason and we apologize for the trouble caused. To enable it again, we suggest that you download the latest version of Skype and install it.
